Instructions
Blend or grind all the ingredients listed in the "fine spices" section (onions, chilies, candlenuts, ginger, turmeric, coriander) until smooth.
Heat enough oil, then sauté the ground spices with aromatic herbs (bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass). Sauté until cooked through and fragrant.
Add the chicken pieces, mix well with the spices.
Add 3 spoons of Elite Creme Light instead of coconut milk.
Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions and lime slices as shown in the final result.
